Generates the 2D part drawings needed for machining and manufacturing directly from a 3D model. View placement, dimensions, tolerances, annotations and the title block are all handled automatically, taking the manual work out of drawing release.

Load the model you are designing directly from the CAD add-in, or upload a file instead. Automated drafting starts right from your everyday design environment.

Give it your design intent

Specify the base plane, projected views and datums on screen. By giving the design intent - where dimensions originate and how the drawing should read - drawings come out in line with each company's own drafting standards.

Output as native CAD drawings

Generated drawings are written out as native drawings in the CAD you use - iCAD SX or SOLIDWORKS - and can be edited as they are, staying connected to the CAD model. Export to industry-standard formats such as DXF and DWG is also supported.
